You can self-register on INN8 only if your financial adviser has already created a profile for you on the INN8 Investment Platform. Once your profile is created, you will receive a notification by email inviting you to complete your registration by setting up your unique username and password, and then accepting our terms and conditions.
You will need your South African ID number or passport number, access to the email mailbox linked to your adviser's profile for you, a unique registration number, username and password to enable you to create your account.

The self-registration process typically takes less than 5 minutes, provided your details match what your adviser has captured on your profile.
No. Your adviser must first create your investor profile on INN8 before you can self-register.
If your information is incorrect, your registration may fail during the verification step. Contact your adviser to update your profile details on INN8, after which you can try registering again.
