When will my account be moved to the INN8 Investment Platform?

Over the next 12 to 18 months, all client accounts will be moved from the STANLIB LISP to the INN8 Investment Platform in tranches. The STANLIB LISP is scheduled to be decommissioned by the end of Q1 2026. If you have received communication, you are in Tranche 1 or 2. If not, you will be in the third and final tranche moving in 2026.

What is the communication process for the platform move?

The move follows five phases: Phase 1 (three months before) introduces Elevate; Phase 2 (six weeks before) confirms new business must be on INN8; Phase 3 (one month before) provides official move date notification; Phase 4 informs about the freeze period; Phase 5 confirms successful completion. Advisers are always notified before clients.

What happens during the move?

You'll receive early notice about three months before, preparation information six weeks before, move date confirmation one month ahead, experience a brief seven working day freeze period where transactions are paused, and receive a Welcome Letter once complete asking you to create login credentials to activate your account.
